Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

If, for any reason, you are not able to continue with a placed order, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and cancellation. This Cancellation and Refund Policy has been created the firm’s legal advisor and consultants.
The following terms are applicable for any order that You booked with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Open Roast-n-Smoke, F - Sonigara Park, Dange Chowk, Thergaon, PCMC, Pune 411033.
“Goods” refer to the food items offered for sale as the Service.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase food items from us.
“Service” refers to the Website and Delivery.
“Website” refers to Roast-n-Smoke. Accessible from www.roastnsmoke.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so and have to confirm via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp massage.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 hours from the time on which you have booked the order,

We will reimburse you no later than 7 business days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request from you (in case of advance is paid to Roast-n-Smoke). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Prepared or Pre-packaged Food (non-Frozen)
To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the Cancellation & Refund Policy by emailing us at official email id. For immediate response, please call the restaurant or your third-party delivery company. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the Roast-n-Smoke.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The food item has taste, smell or other valid quality issues detected immediate after the delivery, Pick Up. You have to submit proof for the same.
Packaging got damaged and order does not received in good condition.
Upon receiving of wrong item or quantity.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale / offer cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by an applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual proof the Goods were damaged or proof of received return delivery.
When submitting a refund, the following rules apply:
You can only refund a transaction that has been previously authorized using the payment gateway (online or in-kitchen).
The original transaction that you wish to refund must have a status of Settled Successfully. You cannot issue refunds against unsettled, voided, declined, or errored transactions.
A refund transaction cannot exceed the amount of the original transaction.
The payment method provided in the refund transaction must match the payment method that was provided in the original transaction. You must provide the last four digits of a masked credit card or bank account number from the original transaction.
Proof of the sold Goods is damaged and/or not suitable for consumption.
Order & Delivery Errors
If you receive Goods that are different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us or your third-party delivery company as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. In case it is our mistake, we will schedule another delivery for the correct Goods or give you permission to come pick up the correct food item right away. We will only replace the Goods with the same Goods or provide refund or Order credit if the Goods are out of stock.
